Edinburgh: Original Music by Dan Jones and Niteworks; Supervising Sound Design Edinburgh's world-famous Hogmanay New Year's Eve celebrations in 2018 featured a spectacular midnight fireworks display, launched from Edinburgh Castle. This pyrotechnic show was meticulously choreographed to a bespoke soundtrack composed by Dan Jones in collaboration with the electronic Celtic fusion band Niteworks. Beyond the fireworks, Dan Jones's team also produced the music for the expansive Street Party and the communal "Big Sing" event, ensuring a cohesive and immersive sonic experience across the entire Hogmanay programme.
